About this role

Seeking a full-time remote Data Analyst - People, the successful candidate will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while engaging with various stakeholders across the organization. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with individuals across the organization Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in various People Analytics projects, wrangling data to enable comprehensive intelligence and preparing people-related financial data Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
