About this role

To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders Execute the People Analytics roadmap, prioritizing projects in Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, including data wrangling and preparing financial data related to labor capitalization Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
