To support a growing People Analytics team, the full-time salaried Data Analyst - People will extract actionable insights from workforce and financial data, focusing on staffing models and quality of hire while working remotely from Kansas City, MO. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various organizational stakeholders Execute the People Analytics roadmap by prioritizing and managing projects related to Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in data wrangling and analysis to support comprehensive intelligence across multiple People Analytics projects Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role is preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience is preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced environment
