About this role

As a key member of the People Analytics team, the full-time remote Data Analyst - People will shape strategic decisions through advanced modeling and analysis, focusing on workforce intelligence and financial themes while collaborating across the organization. Key responsibilities: Translate people needs and data into actionable insights by collaborating with various stakeholders Support the development and execution of the People Analytics roadmap, focusing on Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Workforce Planning Engage in diverse People Analytics projects, wrangling data to provide comprehensive intelligence and preparing people-related financial data Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a People Analyst role preferred A degree in Psychology, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field Experience with Python or R is required; SQL experience preferred Basic understanding of data management and analysis Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving project requirements
