Data Analyst with German Harvey Nash Technology Musts: Tableau, Power BI, BI, Data models, Relational database Data Analyst | German Fluent needed! | Remote Analyse the existing Tableau reporting landscape and design the migration approach to Power BI Execute end-to-end Tableau-to-Power BI migrations, including data models, dataflows, and reporting architecture Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Power BI Run requirements workshops and present analytical results to business stakeholders and management Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and enablement sessions Ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational stability of the reporting solution You bring: 3+ years of hands-on Power BI and Tableau development experience At least 3 completed Tableau-to-Power BI migration projects 3+ years working with relational databases and SQL Business fluent German (mandatory) Experience with large-scale datasets and data persistence Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, or Semantic Models experience is a plus Background in railway, transportation, or logistics is a plus
