About this role

Data Business Analyst DCG Daily tasks: - Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions - Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics - Work closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and gather business requirements - Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units - Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team - Apply a solution-oriented and analytical approach to tasks - Handle complex end-to-end solutions and processes - Quickly understand new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions - Communicate effectively and collaborate with business users Musts: SQL, Hive Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing code Extensive experience in data analysis, data hygienez, data quality and solution design Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience Experience working with complex requirements Knowledge of Hive Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data Good communication skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: Python coding skills Knowledge of Spark As a recruitment company, DCG understands that every business is powered by experienced professionals.
