About this role

Overseeing implementations and consultative engagements for Data Security products, the full-time Professional Services Consultant will develop new services, implement best practices, and assist with customer escalations while ensuring successful service delivery and customer success. Key responsibilities Thoroughly scope client engagements by assessing operations and gathering business requirements to optimize Proofpoint technologies Provide strategic program design solutions for clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage sensitive data Collaborate with sales and other teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations, ensuring high customer satisfaction Required qualifications 4+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role 4+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields Familiarity with Data Security concepts, including Insider Threat Management and Endpoint Security Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion English proficiency in both technical and non-technical communication
