Data Security Policy Engineer
About this role
Data Security Policy Engineer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Design, implement, and continuously improve Data Security policies aligned with risk and compliance frameworks; - Oversee policy engineering to ensure all data protection controls are effective and optimized; - Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and address security gaps; - Support deployment and migration of new security tools into BAU operations; - Provide reporting (MI/KXI) and insights for senior management; - Engage in innovative security projects and mentor junior team members.
Musts: Security, DLP, REST API, Degree, Cybersecurity, CISSP, CISA, CISM, Communication skills 5+ years’ experience in data security engineering, Practical experience with DLP solutions ( Symantec, Zscaler, Trellix, Proofpoint ), Strong knowledge of Data in Motion / Data at Rest Security, Proven experience in creating and updating data security policies, Degree in IT or Cybersecurity, Certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CISM, Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning, Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder groups.
