About this role

Delivery Manager in Data&AI Elitmind Daily tasks: - Managing a portfolio of Data/BI /AI projects (end-to-end delivery). - Building and maintaining client relationships (C-level / Business / IT). - Owning project scope, budget, timeline, and quality. - Coordinating the work of consulting and expert teams (Data Engineers, BI Developers, ML Engineers, Architects). - Identifying and managing project risks. - Supporting sales activities (proposals, estimations, presentations).

- Implementing and improving delivery standards (methodologies, governance, best practices). Musts: Azure, Databricks, MS Fabric Key technologies Azure Data Factory | Databricks | MS Fabric Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, Data, Analytics or Digital Transformation project management. Experience delivering Data Platform, BI, AI or Cloud transformation projects. Practical knowledge of Azure ecosystem services, including Azure Data Factory , Databricks and Microsoft Fabric .

Hands-on experience working with Agile , Scrum , Prince2 or similar project delivery methodologies. Understanding of modern data platform architecture, cloud environments and enterprise delivery standards. Experience working in consulting , enterprise or customer-facing technology environments. Soft skills Project & Stakeholder Management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively coordinating stakeholders, priorities, and delivery timelines in dynamic environments.

Communication & Relationship Building Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present ideas, solutions, and arguments clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
