About this role

Devops Engineer Verita HR Daily tasks: - End-to-end Cloud Infrastructure: Design, build, and manage our core infrastructure on GCP and Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. - Kubernetes Platform: Administer and enhance 1/2 GKE and AKS clusters, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and resilient. Collaborate with developer platform provisioning team. - CI/CD and Tooling: Evolve our Jenkins pipelines and developer tooling to improve automation, efficiency, and the developer experience.

Implement project wide standards - Security: Implement and automate security controls, vulnerabilities remediation and improvements. - Monitoring and Alerting: Develop a robust monitoring and alerting framework to ensure operational visibility and proactive incident response. - Governance: Implement security gateways Musts: Python, Linux, GCP, Terraform, CI/CD - 4+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role.

- Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems. - Production experience with GCP and/or Azure, including hands-on management of Kubernetes clusters (GKE, AKS), networking - Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. - Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. - Scripting and automation skills in Python and/or Bash.
