DevOps Engineer (Mid/Senior) Link Group Daily tasks: - Supporting and improving CI/CD pipelines for business-critical applications - Adapting and implementing DevOps solutions based on application-specific requirements - Migrating applications and deployments towards containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift) - Supporting application modernization initiatives, including legacy application migration - Managing and configuring application environments across development, testing, and production stages - Working with automation and configuration management tools - Troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, and application-related issues - Collaborating closely with software engineers, application owners, and technical stakeholders - Supporting release processes and improving deployment reliability - Applying cloud and automation best practices within an enterprise environment Musts: Scripting skills, Linux shell scripting, Python, Groovy, CI/CD, Azure DevOps pipelines, Artifactory, Nexus, Git, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Networking, Servers, Load balancing, Storage, Infrastructure components, Azure, AWS, Communication skills, Stakeholder management Must-have skills: Strong scripting skills (Linux shell scripting, Python, Groovy) Experience with CI/CD tooling and pipeline development (e.g.

Azure DevOps pipelines) Hands-on experience with DevOps tooling such as Artifactory, Nexus, Git Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman) Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift environments Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible) Experience managing application environments Good understanding of enterprise technology concepts: networking servers load balancing storage infrastructure components Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) Nice-to-have skills: Experience with release management processes and tools Knowledge of PostgreSQL database administration Unix/Linux administration experience Previous experience in banking, financial services, or capital markets environments Soft skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders Proactive, self-driven approach to problem solving Ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions Comfortable working in a large enterprise environment with multiple teams and dependencies Ideal candidate profile: We are looking for engineers who have experience working not only with platforms and infrastructure, but also directly with applications — candidates who have supported application migrations, improved deployment pipelines, and partnered with development teams to deliver reliable production solutions DevOps Engineer (Mid/Senior) – Financial Technology Applications We are looking for a Mid to Senior DevOps Engineer to support the development, deployment, and modernization of enterprise applications used in a highly regulated financial technology environment.

The successful candidate will work hands-on with development teams and application owners, helping to implement DevOps practices, improve CI/CD capabilities, containerize applications, and enable reliable production releases.
