Shape AI product metrics, evals, and experimentation for AI/LLM features. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years leading data science teams; 2+ years managing managers. 7+ years in AI, data science, or related field.

Proven experience building or measuring AI products. Expertise in statistics, experimentation, and forecasting. Ability to scale teams in high-growth environments. Desire to foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
