Delivered products, integrations, and automations with measurable benefits; documented and trained for handoff. Fluent with agentic AI: agent loops, RAG, workflows; integrate with enterprise data. Know how to evaluate agents for accuracy, reliability, and safety; use evaluation tooling. Work directly with business teams; translate between tech and business to drive outcomes.
