Leading the strategy and roadmap for billing and revenue lifecycle solutions, the full-time Director of Billing Management will drive innovation in subscription billing, invoicing, collections automation, and payment recovery while managing a high-performing product team. Key responsibilities Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for billing and collections products Own the end-to-end strategy for billing capabilities, including subscription billing and collections Partner with fintech and payment providers to enhance global payment capabilities Required qualifications 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years leading product teams in SaaS, fintech, or payments Deep expertise in subscription billing and revenue lifecycle systems Strong understanding of billing systems, invoicing, and financial integrations Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale SaaS platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
