About this role

Leading the development of the Stratus Intelligence Platform, the full-time remote Director of Data and AI/ML will manage the AI roadmap, oversee the machine learning lifecycle, and build a high-performing team to enhance data-driven contracting solutions. Key responsibilities Partner with the CTO to establish and execute the intelligence strategy and roadmap Build and develop the Intelligence team, fostering a strong culture and effective collaboration Implement the canonical data substrate and AI/ML platform, ensuring production readiness and trust in AI workloads Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or data science, with 4+ years in leadership roles at a B2B SaaS or AI/ML platform Proven track record of building and leading AI/ML teams of 5-15 members Deep technical expertise in AI/ML stacks, including data platforms and ML platforms Experience in shipping production ML and AI workloads with established trust patterns Strong hiring background with recent experience in the AI/ML market
