About this role

Leading regional and state-level regulatory advocacy, the full-time remote Director of Grid Policy will manage negotiations and policy advocacy on transmission, interconnection, and resource adequacy issues critical to the commercial success of Antora's energy products. Key responsibilities Lead advocacy and negotiations on transmission interconnection and resource adequacy policy issues across multiple RTOs and states Represent Antora in RTO stakeholder processes and state legislative engagements Develop and drive policy proposals in coordination with clean energy stakeholders and track relevant FERC rulemakings Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in transmission, interconnection, and/or resource adequacy policy Demonstrated experience leading advocacy in an RTO, ISO, or FERC proceeding Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to political and regulatory audiences
