About this role

📋 Description Define and drive product strategy for Data Streaming to improve deployment. Identify OT/IT integration opportunities with customers, sales, and partners. Own the Core Broker roadmap toward cloud-native, multi-tenancy, and AX. Champion AX with API provisioning via OpenAPI specs. Build cross-functional alignment and executive roadmap communications. Drive business outcomes: adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements 8–15 years in product management or consulting. Enterprise infrastructure products with revenue and scale. Data-driven product development using quantitative & qualitative methods. MQTT and messaging platforms: Kafka, Solace, RabbitMQ. OT/IT convergence: OPC-UA, Modbus, SCADA, MES. 4+ years of people management; PLG for infra products.
