Engineering Lead/Solution Architect Square One Resources Daily tasks: - Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for data platform solutions. - Act as a technical leader, providing guidance and support to engineering teams. - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions based on AWS cloud technologies. - Collaborate with Data Engineering, DevOps, and other technical teams to deliver complex solutions.

- Lead architectural decisions and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. - Establish engineering best practices, standards, and development processes. - Support the design and implementation of data processing and analytics platforms. - Review technical solutions and provide recommendations for improvements. Strong background in Platform Engineering and designing enterprise-scale platforms. Extensive experience with AWS cloud services . Solid experience in Data Engineering environments. Hands-on experience with: Databricks Apache Spark Apache Hive Hadoop Strong understanding of data platforms, distributed systems, and cloud architecture. Ability to combine strategic architectural thinking with hands-on engineering expertise.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Engineering Lead with Solution Architect capabilities to join our project. These two roles can be performed by one person with a strong background in Platform Engineering , AWS , and Data Engineering . Project Overview The project focuses on designing, developing, and evolving modern data platforms and scalable cloud-based solutions.
