About this role

To support scaling development operations, the full-time Engineering Manager will manage a cross-functional team of engineers, collaborate with Product on enhancements, and guide best practices while fostering an inclusive environment. Key responsibilities Manage a team of engineers across backend and frontend platforms, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity Work closely with Product teams to design and prioritize product enhancements that deliver value to customers Provide career development support and performance feedback to team members, while actively participating in the recruitment process Required qualifications 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading motivated teams 5+ years of experience in engineering roles focused on coding Strong foundation in technical excellence and knowledge of the technology industry Experience with consumer and enterprise products, particularly in mobile, web, and backend systems Preferred experience in the sports technology industry, though not required
