Coach engineers on quality, instrumentation, and product-minded engineering. Translate experiments into measurable business outcomes. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years leading engineering teams as an Engineering Manager.

Experience leading growth-focused org with experimentation and onboarding. Deep experience with experimentation, analytics, and event instrumentation. Hands-on familiarity with Snowflake, Segment, Growthbooks. Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Data as a strategic partner.
