Engineering Uplift Lead Verita HR Daily tasks: - Identify engineering improvement opportunities using operational data, metrics, incidents, and user feedback. - Define and drive initiatives to improve reliability, performance, automation, quality, and developer experience. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering Leads to prioritise and deliver improvements. - Promote engineering best practices, standards, and consistent delivery processes.

- Analyse processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency. - Define KPIs, monitor engineering performance, and measure the impact of improvements. - Coach engineering teams and support the adoption of modern engineering practices. Musts: DevOps, SRE, Business analysis, CI/CD, Automation, Observability, Stakeholder management Lead engineering improvement initiatives across multiple platform teams by identifying opportunities, driving continuous improvement, and enabling better engineering practices through data-driven decision making and technical leadership.

- Strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps. - Experience leading engineering improvement or transformation initiatives across multiple teams. - Strong analytical and business analysis skills with a data-driven approach. - Experience with Agile delivery methodologies. - Knowledge of engineering excellence practices, CI/CD, automation, observability, and operational excellence. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to influence technical direction without direct line management. - Fluent English in an international working environment.
