Driving enrollment strategies and processes, the full-time remote Enrollment Manager will oversee the enrollment team, generate leads, and cultivate relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrollment experience for participants. Key responsibilities Leads the enrollment team to provide high-quality service to self-directing individuals and referring entities Generates leads and conducts presentations to drive enrollments and achieve company growth goals Ensures effective communication regarding enrollment status and manages training for new participants on relevant tools and processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required At least 3 years of related experience in enrollment or operations Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Excel Experience in managing complex projects and building effective teams Demonstrated ability to communicate and build relationships with diverse individuals
