Join our Advisory team to turn complex ESG regulations into smart, actionable solutions while building the next generation of AI-powered sustainability tools and services. GO2 Markets connects buyers and sellers worldwide to facilitate the trading of environmental products and provides advisory services to help organisations develop and implement sustainability strategies. This is a Berlin-based internship with a hybrid setup, starting as soon as possible with the chance of transitioning into a full-time position.

Your Mission Monitor, research, and analyze sustainability-related regulations, frameworks, and laws (e.g. CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy) and translate findings into clear, structured report summaries. Interpret technical and regulatory requirements and help convert them into structured, user-friendly questions and workflows for our advisory tools. Support the development and continuous improvement of our AI-powered advisory platform (GO2+), including reviewing tool logic, testing outputs, and helping refine how the tool applies regulatory knowledge.

Conduct research and competitive analysis on comparable market offerings to identify best practices and improvement opportunities. Review content for linguistic precision, consistency, and clarity, both in the tool's interface and in user-facing outputs. Ensure content and workflows remain logically consistent with the tool's overall framework and objectives. Support the Advisory team with day-to-day research and documentation tasks as needed.
