Leading fleet planning and optimization for global hardware infrastructure, the full-time remote Fleet Planner will manage the multi-year fleet refresh plan, collaborate across teams to align strategies with business priorities, and drive continuous optimization of hardware assets. Key responsibilities Own the multi-year fleet refresh plan, translating engineering roadmaps into long-term strategies Partner with Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align fleet strategy with business objectives Conduct data-driven analyses to optimize efficiency and scalability of infrastructure performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in capacity planning for data center or cloud platforms Proficiency in data analysis and visualization, with skills in SQL and Python preferred Strong understanding of the internet or telecom ecosystem Experience in Technical Program Management is preferred A degree in a quantitative field or equivalent hands-on experience is a plus
