About this role

Working remotely as a freelance contractor, the Insights Director will lead the development of insights and storytelling, manage data analysis and reporting phases, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality project solutions on a flexible schedule. Key responsibilities Lead the development of insights and storytelling while executing data analysis and reporting for projects Collaborate closely with Escalent staff across Insights, Project Management, and Sales & Strategic Growth roles Utilize a variety of research methodologies and tools to deliver client-ready materials on time Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the industry Highly skilled in analytics and research methodology, including survey design Proficient in reporting, data visualization, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Excel Strong storytelling abilities and experience in consultative writing for reports and client communications
