About this role

Full stack developer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and services - Work as part of a 4-6 person Agile team, pairing with other developers and a dedicated product owner - Take business requirements, decompose them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production - Provide production support as part of the team’s “build and support” culture - Proactively identify and reduce technical debt while delivering new features - Design and implement solutions following internal technology, security, and compliance guidelines - Collaborate with peers and share knowledge across global locations Musts: Java, Python, Spring Framework, REST API, Microservices architecture, SQL, NoSQL, Clean Code, DDD, BDD, Automated testing, Backend Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles Strong experience with Java and Python in a production environment Deep understanding of Spring Framework , REST APIs, and event-driven systems Good knowledge of microservices architecture and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases Understanding of software engineering principles: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD Experience with version control , CI/CD, and automated testing Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems Effective communication skills and ability to work in a global Agile team Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience or interest in: Prompt engineering, LLM integrations (LangChain, LangGraph) Machine Learning, AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Data Science Clean Architecture , event streaming technologies JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React) Prior experience in regulated enterprise environments Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
