About this role

Full Stack OTEL Developer Mindbox Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Python frameworks - Build backend services using Java and .NET frameworks - Work with SQL databases for schema design and query optimization - Automate infrastructure and application deployment using Ansible - Implement OpenTelemetry (OTEL) standards for widespread telemetry instrumentation - Integrate observability with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk - Ensure performance insights through logs, traces, and metrics collection - Collaborate with front-end teams to build seamless user-facing features - Ensure full-stack feature development and integration with backend services - Configure and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) for enterprise applications - Maintain application availability, scalability, and security standards - Work closely with DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated solutions - Apply strong best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous deployment Musts: Python, Java Proven proficiency in Python , Java , and .NET frameworks Expertise in REST API design and development Strong SQL knowledge for data modelling and optimization Hands-on experience with Ansible for automation Proficiency with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) implementation and telemetry instrumentation Practical knowledge of IIS configuration and management Excellent collaboration skills and strong problem-solving ability Desirable Skills Familiarity with observability-driven architectures Prior experience integrating telemetry data with modern dashboards (Grafana, Prometheus) Event-driven architecture exposure and experience in cloud-native environments Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
