About this role
Full Stack OTEL Developer Verita HR Daily tasks: - Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Python and other relevant frameworks - Work with SQL databases to create, optimize, and manage queries and data models - Develop and maintain backend services using Java and .NET frameworks - Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Ansible - Implement and configure OpenTelemetry to ensure end-to-end observability of applications - Instrument code to collect telemetry data (traces, metrics, and logs) for monitoring and troubleshooting - Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate telemetry data into monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk - Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend services and user interfaces - Contribute to the design and development of user-facing features - Configure and manage IIS (Internet Information Services) for hosting web applications - Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of hosted applications - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal performance and reliability - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Follow best practices for version control, testing, and deployment Musts: .NET, Python, Java, RESTful APIs • Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, and .NET • API Development: Strong experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs • Database Management: Expertise in SQL for database design, optimization, and querying • Automation: Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation • Observability: Proficiency in OpenTelemetry for collecting and analyzing telemetry data (traces, metrics, logs) • Web Hosting: Experience with IIS for deploying and managing web applications • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to troubleshoot complex issues • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment • Prestigious position at one of the world’s largest banks • Stable, long-term projects • Competitive salary with a B2B contract • Hybrid work (6 days per month from the office in Cracow) and flexible working hours • Private healthcare and multisport card • Personal growth and development opportunities with the possibility to rotate between projects • Referral program and company events • Convenient parking
