About this role

Graduate Programme Recruiter & Talent Partner Verita HR Daily tasks: - Evolves and delivers the Poland Technology Graduate and Internship programmes, including programme design, talent management and line manager engagement. - Deliver a strong stakeholder experience by balancing Emerging Talent priorities with business needs, working in close collaboration with the business - Act as the first point of contact for Graduates/Interns, Line Managers and Team Leads, including support with performance and development challenges, providing guidance and escalation where needed.

- Track and analyse programme data (e.g., feedback, retention, attrition, D&I) and drive continuous improvement. - Design and deliver virtual and in-person development sessions to build skills, confidence and career awareness. - Partner with local and global vendors to shape learning solutions aligned to programme needs. - Collaborate with Emerging Talent Recruitment to support candidate journey, offer-holder preparation and effective role matching.

- Work closely with development colleagues across other technology centres to share best practice and align approaches. Musts: Learning & Development , Emerging Talent, Experience in stakeholder management Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland Experience in stakeholder management Experience in coaching / supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent Strong understanding of the development landscape.

Experience supporting HR processes in Poland Confident presenter/facilitator (virtual and in-person). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
