Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, procedures, and management systems. Conduct and review risk assessments, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented.

Ensure compliance with Maltese Health & Safety legislation and company standards. Lead workplace inspections, audits, and safety investigations. Identify hazards and drive corrective and preventive actions. Deliver Health & Safety training, inductions, and awareness programmes. Manage contractor safety and permit-to-work systems. Monitor and report on Health & Safety performance, KPIs, incidents, and trends. Promote a positive safety culture through employee engagement and continuous improvement
