About this role

Leading the development and execution of US HEOR strategy for targeted assets, the full-time remote HEOR Director will manage innovative study designs, provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with payer requirements to optimize product value and reimbursement. Key responsibilities Develop and execute HEOR strategies for products, including the design and reporting of HEOR studies to demonstrate product value Provide strategic HEOR direction and feedback to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and evidence requirements Oversee the integration of payer needs into HEOR research plans and communicate HEOR strategies across global teams Required qualifications PhD or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical discipline with formal training in HEOR Minimum of ten years of experience in managed markets, health economics, and outcomes research Two to three years of project leadership experience Significant expertise in pharmacoeconomic analyses and observational research Strong analytical skills and ability to lead strategically with a business perspective
