About this role

To support Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, the full-time remote HSE Data & Analytics Specialist will develop and manage digital tools, data systems, and analytics while driving automation and ensuring data integrity through dashboards and applications. Key responsibilities: Develop custom HSE applications and digital workflows for incident reporting and inspections Build and maintain automation using platforms like Power Automate and SharePoint Create dashboards and reports to visualize key HSE metrics and ensure data accuracy Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI 2+ years of programming experience or digital system administration Familiarity with HSE software such as Incident Management and SAP EHS Understanding of OSHA/CSA reporting and incident investigation workflows is preferred
