About this role

IAM Project Manager Link Group Daily tasks: - End-to-End Delivery: Drive the onboarding process of applications into the enterprise SSO ecosystem from initiation to completion. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate collaboration between DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and key business and technical stakeholders. - Project Governance: Monitor project progress, actively manage risks and dependencies, and ensure strict compliance with organizational governance models.

- Executive Reporting: Prepare high-quality status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management. - Change & Communication: Support project communication strategies and organizational change management initiatives. - Agile Execution: Ensure seamless project execution following Agile methodologies and IT project management best practices. Musts: IAM Proven Track Record: Solid experience leading complex IT projects, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Domain Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing IT transformation, application onboarding, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams. Agile & Tools: Practical expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira. Executive Reporting & Risk Management: Strong track record of preparing executive-level reports, prioritizing effectively, and proactively mitigating project risks.
