About this role

Designing and developing applications on the IBM Maximo platform, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support integrations while working in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Design, develop, and support applications and integrations on the IBM Maximo platform Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality through testing and documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, application design, and integration frameworks Experience with complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
