About this role

To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges. Key responsibilities Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including workflows and integration frameworks Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
