📋 Description Lead implementation of Talkwalker and Hootsuite Enterprise products. Manage project activities: scoping, requirements, plans, and training. Build strong relationships with customers throughout the project. Bridge pre-sales and post-sale teams for successful delivery. Align products with customer goals and outcomes. Define risks, timelines, adoption, and education plans. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years enterprise project implementation (IT, SaaS or consulting).

Proven PM skills; deliver projects on time, within scope & budget. Translate complex business requirements into customer solutions. Process/Project management: manage timelines and deliverables.
