About this role

Leading the end-to-end delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning implementations, the full-time Implementation Manager will guide customers through deployment and onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong adoption and change management while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, milestones, and risks Translate solution designs and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and testing approaches Deliver training and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and accelerate time-to-value Required qualifications Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders Strong project and program management skills, including risk tracking and stakeholder communication Experience coordinating technical implementation activities such as integrations and data mapping Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to diverse audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to project teams and senior stakeholders
