About this role

Information Security Officer - 12 months Falck Digital Technology Daily tasks: - Collaborate closely with our Chief Technology Office (CTO) leadership team and the Security Leadership team to drive compliance and security projects. - Support our cyber security and compliance journey by advising the business on how to implement cybersecurity and compliance with best practices and standards. - Strengthen our cyber security and compliance area within Risk Management, Audit Compliance, AI, and/or Cloud Security.

- Work in an agile environment, supporting each other in our international team, and providing coverage across the above areas as needed. - Foster collaboration with stakeholders from different Falck business entities globally, ensuring alignment and effective communication. - Prioritize tasks and close them efficiently, meeting priorities and ensuring cyber security and compliance requirements are met. Musts: Security, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, IT Audit, risk management, Data privacy, AI, Compliance, Application Security, Cloud security, Security Application Risk Assessment, Stakeholder management, Communication skills 3 years or more experience and expertise in information security and compliance.

Familiarity with ISO 27001 and 27701 standards. Knowledge in at least one or more of the following areas: IT Audit, Risk Management, Data Privacy, AI, Compliance, Application Security, Cloud Security. Experience in conducting Security Application Risk Assessments. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication and prioritization skills and ability to efficiently close tasks.

Agile mindset and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Good understanding of business requirements. Company language is English, and you need to be fluent both verbally and in writing. The position will be based in Warsaw, Poland. We work as internal consultants in cyber security and compliance to support our colleagues in Digital Technology and in business entities. Team members are currently based in Copenhagen, Warsaw and Medellin.
