About this role

Proactively coordinating with internal teams and client IT departments, the full-time remote Interface Analyst will manage the installation and maintenance of interfaces for surgery center clients, ensuring successful integration with HST products while troubleshooting live issues and supporting quality assurance efforts. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain interfaces for surgery center clients and their business partners Coordinate with internal teams, client IT teams, and vendors to obtain configuration information and test interface installations Document interface installation processes and identify areas for improvement to streamline implementations Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in information technology, computer systems, or a related field Working knowledge of interface/integration technology concepts such as HL7, APIs, and databases Some experience with SQL preferred Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's/Technical School degree with five or more years of technical support experience Experience with Mirth or other healthcare data engines is a plus
