IT Business Analyst
About this role
IT Business Analyst Eversis Daily tasks: - Gather and analyze customer needs, business goals, processes, and customer experience expectations - Understand the Customer's business context and identify both business and user pain points. - Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements. - Propose solution concepts, define project scope and align recommendations with business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including business and functional requirements, user stories, process descriptions and functional specifications. - Create wireframes, mock-ups, process flows, presentations, and other solution artifacts, leveraging AI tools whenever appropriate - Use AI to streamline business analysis, requirements engineering, documentation, data modeling, and other repetitive activities.

We’re looking for someone who: has solid experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or complex IT projects can independently gather requirements, lead workshops, and work directly with Customers and stakeholders understands how to turn complex or chaotic business expectations into structured, actionable requirements understands customer experience and can connect business needs, processes, and technology into practical solutions feels comfortable working closely with both business and technical teams can prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and wireframes/mock-ups actively uses AI tools to accelerate business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, mock-ups, presentations, and data modelling knows how to automate repetitive work using AI and continuously looks for ways to improve the software delivery process has experience supporting pre-sales activities by preparing solution concepts, contributing to proposals, coordinating proposal development, and supporting project estimations understands software delivery processes communicates fluently in Polish and English is analytical, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented is open to working in a smaller, non-corporate environment where ownership and initiative actually matter EVERSIS is a technology company with a well-established position in the Polish IT services market, specializing in custom software development and projects delivered for the telecommunications and financial sectors.
