About this role
IT Change Adoption Management Support Specialist Fresenius Digital Technology Daily tasks: - Draft and edit technology communications for end users in clear, professional English - Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials for tools such as Microsoft 365 - Assist in designing and delivering virtual workshops focused on end-user tools (e.g., Office 365 apps) - Prepare training materials and coordinate logistics for sessions - Help develop and execute change strategies to drive adoption of new technologies - Monitor feedback and adoption metrics, providing reports and insights - Work across time zones with UK and US colleagues using collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) - Ensure timely updates and alignment on priorities Musts: IT change management, Microsoft 365 What is important from our point of view: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German Experience in IT change management and technology adoption projects Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and training content Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) As Fresenius Digital Technology, we are an integral part of the Fresenius Group, responsible for the IT of the healthcare group and its business segments.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Change Adoption Management Support Specialist to join our global team. You will work closely with two experienced Change Adoption Managers based in the UK and US to support technology adoption initiatives for a large medical organization.
The organization is currently going through a program of IT centralization and standardization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, training, and change strategies for end-user technologies.
