IT Delivery Manager Moondigo Sp. z o.o. Daily tasks: - Lead and support project teams in delivering solutions aligned with business objectives - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Product Owners, business leaders, and external partners - Gather business requirements and plan, coordinate, and oversee project delivery - Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, and task prioritization - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions - Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects supporting the organization's strategic goals Musts: Project management, Backlog management, Technical background, Agile Experience in the insurance industry (must-have) 5–10 years of experience as a IT Delivery Manager, IT Team Leader or Product Owne r Experience working in a technology-driven environment (IT / financial services) Technical background Hands-on experience working with Agile teams Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 ) Strong ability to collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams Knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure Nice to have Experience in transformation or digital transformation projects Agile and/or Product Management certifications Experience working in an international environment We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join our client in the insurance industry and play a key role in delivering strategic transformation initiatives.
