IT Project Manager Antal Daily tasks: - Manage 2 or more IT projects simultaneously, including coordination of internal teams and external vendors - Drive end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality) - Lead stakeholder communication at team and executive (SteerCo) levels - Prepare and present executive-level reporting - Handle risk, issue, and change management processes - Act as the main customer interface, ensuring high-quality delivery and satisfaction - Manage conflicts and escalations effectively - Adapt to changing business priorities and evolving project scope Musts: Project management, Stakeholder management, Vendor management, Budget management, risk management, Customer-facing experience, Communication skills, Presentation skills 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager Proven experience in: Stakeholder management Vendor management Budget and risk management Managing multiple parallel projects Strong customer-facing experience Excellent communication and presentation skills (including executive-level) Assertive, proactive personality with strong interpersonal skills Fluency in English (C1 level required) German (B2 or higher) is a strong advantage Nice to Have: Experience in international or enterprise-scale IT environments Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments IT Project Manager (Contract) – Warsaw / Hybrid Location: Warsaw, Poland (1–2 days onsite) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable) Workload: Full-time Salary: 100-150 pln/h Contract: UZ/B2B Role Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple IT initiatives in a dynamic and international environment.
