About this role

IT Project Scheduler delaware Consulting Hungary Kft. Daily tasks: - Coordinate consultant schedules across multiple projects using our SAP-based planning system. - Keep resource allocations accurate and up-to-date. - Handle administrative tasks like assigning and removing consultants from projects. - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively. - Support colleagues in using the scheduling tool effectively. - Monitor scheduling KPIs and alert the team to potential risks.

Musts: Scheduling, Coordination, Administrative support , Proactivity, Excel, Vlookup, Xlook up, Pivottables Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support (consulting or IT experience is a plus). Is highly organized, thorough, and comfortable with routine tasks. Communicates confidently in English (both written and spoken). Is proactive and takes actions to solve problems.

Works well with different teams and stakeholders. Has solid Excel skills (Vlookup, Xlook up, pivottables) and experience with SAP or similar planning tools is a strong advantage Ability to build relationships with consultants, project managers, and business leaders.
