Java Developer Harvey Nash Technology Musts: Java Java Developer – Trading Data| Hybrid 4 days in office | Warsaw You will: Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance solutions for trading data platform and trade booking/control systems Scale the platform and build dashboards to increase platform usage Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate systems and optimize performance Work with AI-driven development tools and AI agents Contribute to the platform's move to the cloud (AWS) You bring: 5+ years of commercial Java experience (Java 21, moving to Java 25) Familiarity with other languages such as C++ and Python Experience with Kafka, Gitlab and monitoring tools (Prometheus/SRE principles) Database experience (Hazelcast, MongoDB, SingleStore, Spanner) Experience with Java frameworks (in-house Boltweb; Spring experience beneficial) Strong verbal and written communication skills
