In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

This opportunity is ideal for COBOL professionals who are passionate about both technology and effective communication, and who are eager to make an impact on innovative AI-driven initiatives. Scope of Work Analyze, interpret, and document COBOL code for legacy system applications. Provide high-quality, detailed written and verbal input based on project-specific prompts and tasks. Identify and explain program logic, data flows, and integration points within COBOL environments.

Contribute to the creation and refinement of AI training data sets by sharing your domain knowledge. Review and clarify technical requirements and specifications to ensure accurate model understanding. Collaborate virtually with project managers and technical stakeholders to meet deliverables and milestones. Participate in feedback sessions to iteratively enhance project outcomes and model performance. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in COBOL programming and understanding of mainframe or midrange environments.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear written and verbal English. Experience with interpreting legacy system documentation and business logic. Familiarity with data processing, batch operations, or transaction management in COBOL. Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to code analysis and documentation. Interest or background in collaborative, remote projects involving cross-functional teams.
