Konsultant E-File (E-Akte) / Ekspert ECM Spyrosoft Daily tasks: - Act as a Fabasoft subject matter expert within international project teams - Support implementation and optimization of Fabasoft-based ECM and document management solutions - Provide consulting services related to electronic file and records management processes - Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and stakeholders - Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities - Support system rollout, adoption, and user enablement activities - Prepare documentation, training materials, and process guidelines - Participate in project planning, coordination, and delivery activities - Share best practices and recommend improvements related to document management and digitalization initiatives - Support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective use of Fabasoft solutions Musts: DMS, Stakeholder management, Communication skills Proven hands-on experience with Fabasoft solutions Experience working in ECM, DMS, or electronic document management environments Understanding of document lifecycle management and digital records processes Experience supporting system implementations, rollouts, or user enablement activities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to deliver knowledge transfer, workshops, and training sessions Fluent Polish and good English communication skills (B2+) Residence and tax residency in Poland Willingness to travel occasionally for a few days at a time for workshops, training sessions, or consulting activities Availability to work in a project and consulting environment (Monday–Friday) Nice to have: Experience with public sector or e-government projects Knowledge of E-Akte solutions and records management concepts Experience in business process analysis and optimization Experience in change management and user adoption initiatives Previous exposure to German clients or international project environments Experience conducting end-user training and mentoring activities Tech stack: Fabasoft eGov-Suite Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Document Management Systems (DMS) Electronic File Management (E-Akte) Workflow-driven document processes Digital records management Project description: We are looking for a Fabasoft Expert to join an international consulting project focused on electronic document management and digital transformation initiatives.

The role is dedicated to supporting a public sector client in Germany through the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Fabasoft-based solutions. We are looking for a specialist who can act as a subject matter expert, support project activities, and transfer knowledge to internal teams through workshops, mentoring, and training sessions. The work is delivered in a project-based consulting model, following the Munich business calendar and standard business hours.
