About this role

Leading the design and development of enterprise-grade automation solutions, the full-time remote Lead Software Engineer will serve as the technical lead for UiPath delivery teams, providing hands-on development and establishing technical standards while mentoring team members. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of UiPath automation solutions Mentor development teams and enforce enterprise development standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure automation solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience Extensive hands-on experience with UiPath automation solutions and related technologies Strong expertise in integrating UiPath with REST APIs, SOAP services, and enterprise applications Experience with CI/CD and DevOps platforms such as Git and Azure DevOps Strong knowledge of SQL, PowerShell, and scripting for automation development
