About this role

Leading the design and development of enterprise-scale Appian applications, the full-time Lead Software Engineer - Appian will serve as the technical lead for delivery teams, providing hands-on development and mentoring while ensuring solution quality in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Appian applications Provide technical direction and code leadership for Appian delivery teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions throughout the software development lifecycle Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using the Appian Platform Strong expertise in SAIL, Records, Process Models, and Web APIs Experience integrating Appian with REST APIs, SOAP services, and databases Experience leading Agile delivery teams and mentoring developers
