About this role

To support the expansion of a Christian Counseling program, Licensed Christian Counselors (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) will provide remote, flexible counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, integrating faith with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Key responsibilities Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation Required qualifications Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) Good standing with the licensing board and possession of malpractice insurance Eligibility to provide telehealth services Strong commitment to integrating Christian faith into counseling practices Excellent documentation and clinical decision-making skills
